There are all kinds of clutter: physical, emotional, and cyber. The easiest one to tackle is CYBER CLUTTER. With the click of a mouse or swipe of a finger you can do a quick clean up of an inbox or social media account. Easy-peasy and no emotional attachment or tough decision making necessary plus you get instant results.
Here’s how: Utilize these three phrases UNSUBSCRIBE, LEAVE GROUP and DELETE.
We’ve all joined groups, mailing lists, or ‘friended/followed’ people because at the time these were relevant to our lives. At some point they may become irrelevant. Dedicate 20 minutes to do a ‘deep clean’ to remove these places and spaces.
If you did (or plan to…hint hint) the task above you’ve de-cluttered! Congratulations. You’ve made space for what’s important to your life NOW and in our busy lives that’s all we have time for anyway.
Thanks for reading.

I find very often that after I unsubscribe successfully from a site it seems to reappear a couple of months later. It’s time consuming to keep trying to unsubscribe or try to contact the company so now I just delete thiose sites immediatelyI. t’s annoying but I don’t have a better solution.

You can go to ‘edit settings’ and create a filter using keywords or addresses that will send the mail directly to trash.
