The 80/20 Diet

I’ve been giving a lot of thought to different eating programs.  Whether it is no sugar-no white flour-no meat-plant-based-Keto-McDougall-Macrobiotic-candida-South Beach-or the sea food diet (I see it, I eat it).  I have come to the conclusion that everybody=every body is different and there is not a one-size-fits-all diet for everyone. I thought I had created for myself a new diet called the 80/20 Diet, but after doing an internet search found the concept already exists.  What is boils down to is eating healthy 80% of the time and 20% of the time foods I should avoid.
