Hello, again. I’ve been really excited by this Pantry Challenge.  Had I not done this challenge, I would not have had the opportunity to try many new recipes.  I think I’m going to have a few new favorites, which is a good thing, because it avoids food ruts. I’ve also been planning ahead by freezing a serving or two of what I’ve made in order to have something to pull out of the freezer for when I don’t have time or energy to cook. Pantry Challenge Day 2
